HP High
Performance
A neuroscience-led performance programme for high-performing teams. Not motivation. Conditioning.
Modern performance demands have never been greater. Targets rise, pressure becomes constant, and expectations keep climbing. Yet most teams are still being trained as if performance is purely about skill and motivation.
The reality is that performance breaks down when people are not trained to think, focus and perform under pressure. It is not a talent issue. It is a performance conditioning gap.
Most training focuses on skills and techniques. HP High Performance focuses on how your team thinks and performs when it matters. Brain-level tools, stress and focus training, repeatable high-performance habits.
Consistent high performance is not luck. It is the result of how the brain responds to pressure, how stress is interpreted, how focus is directed, and how habits are repeated.
"The mindset shift was immediate. The stress-is-enhancing framework completely changed how the team approaches pressure."

Not motivation.
Not scripts.
A performance system.
HP High Performance is a structured, one-day workshop focused on brain-level performance conditioning for sales teams. Participants do not leave pumped up. They leave with a repeatable system for performing under pressure.
- Scripts and techniques
- Motivation spikes
- Product knowledge
- Short-term uplift
- Brain-level performance tools
- Stress and focus training
- Repeatable daily standards
- Sustainable performance
How the day works
HP High Performance is delivered as a focused, high-impact one-day workshop. Six workshops that build on each other, creating a complete performance framework teams can use immediately.
- 6 high-impact workshops delivered in a single day
- Each workshop builds on the last, creating one cohesive performance framework
- Practical, direct, and grounded in real sales pressure
- Performance Workbook and High-Performance Toolkit included
- In-person or virtual. No compromise on quality either way
- Suitable for individuals and teams across roles and seniority
- Scales across teams and large sales organisations
- 6-week follow-up engagement pathway included post-programme
Six pillars.
One performance system.
Each workshop builds directly on the last. Moving from understanding how the brain is wired for performance, through mindset, stress, motivation and focus, to the habits that make high performance repeatable.
How the Brain's Wired for Performance
Understand the system before you optimise it.
- How the brain responds to pressure and performance demands
- The neuroscience of focus, decision-making and habit
- Why understanding the system changes everything
The Eternal Athlete Mindset
Fixed limits or continuous growth. The choice that shapes performance.
- Understanding the growth mindset
- Reframing challenge and failure
- Building confidence through progress
- Staying adaptable under pressure
Stress is Enhancing
Threat or advantage. The story you tell your body matters.
- Reframing stress as a performance tool
- Understanding the brain and stress response
- Channelling pressure into focus and energy
- Practical techniques to stay in control
Understanding Motivation & Focus
Fuel and direction. Driven by the brain.
- How motivation actually works at a brain level
- Why focus depletes and how to restore it during the day
- Tools to stay locked in during high-demand selling periods
Goal Setting
Clarity without structure fails. A system makes it happen.
- Setting clear, outcome-driven goals
- Turning goals into structured plans
- Using a planner tool to build consistency
- Tracking progress and adapting
High Performance Habits
Small actions. Repeated daily.
- Understanding the habit loop (signal, craving, action, reward)
- Designing habits that are easy to start and repeat
- Using environment and triggers to stay consistent
- Building systems that make habits stick
Practical tools your team
leaves with on day one.
Most training ends at the door. Every participant in HP High Performance leaves with a complete, professionally designed toolkit of over 75 neuroscience-backed tools, habits and protocols they can start using immediately. Not concepts to remember. Tools to apply.
Built for teams under real pressure
If performance matters in your organisation, this workshop is built for you.
- Teams under pressure to deliver ambitious targets consistently
- Leaders who want consistent, repeatable performance from their people
- Teams navigating change, growth or rising expectations
- Organisations ready to move beyond motivation-based training
- Teams looking for another motivational event that fades by Monday
- Organisations wanting scripts, techniques and product refreshes
- One-off interventions with no system for embedding change
- Teams not yet ready to take ownership of their own performance
More than a one-day workshop
Every participant leaves with tools they can use long after the day ends. This is not a motivational event. It is a performance system.
You need to understand the system before you can optimise it.
Every element of HP High Performance, the workbook, the toolkit, the 6-week pathway, exists because one good day changes nothing. Consistently applying the right tools does. HP High Performance builds the system that makes that possible.
Robbie Hunter-Paul
HP High Performance is designed and delivered by Robbie Hunter-Paul. A former New Zealand international rugby player with a 31-year professional sporting career, Robbie understands pressure at the highest level.
Today, he applies that experience alongside neuroscience and behavioural science to help teams perform consistently under modern pressure. This is performance training built on lived experience, not theory.
