The Remain Strong programmes are the brainchild of a collective who came from very different professional worlds and arrived at the same conclusion: the way most organisations approach wellbeing is not working.
Awareness is not enough. Good intentions are not enough. What people need are practical tools they can actually use, a system for embedding them, and someone who understands both the science and the reality of life under pressure.
Motivated by a desire to improve the lives of those around them, this collective applied themselves to a mission of leaving the world in a better place than they found it. Remain Strong is what that mission looks like in practice.

Robbie Hunter-Paul is a former New Zealand international rugby star who spent nearly two decades competing at the elite level, earning a reputation as one of the sport's most dynamic players. Performing under intense, high-stakes pressure forged a practical performance mindset that now underpins his work as a wellbeing and performance coach, BBC Sports pundit, presenter, and entrepreneur.
Robbie translates the lessons of elite sport through the lens of modern neuroscience and behavioural science, giving organisations actionable tools to improve focus, resilience, energy, and sustainable performance. Every insight he shares has been personally lived, tested, and refined and he delivers each session with the energy and authenticity that defined his playing career.
