So how does it work?

The Offload Programme is based around 6 workshops or what we call ‘Offload fixtures’ that ‘tackle’ a wide range of wellbeing areas commonly found in the workplace.

Each fixture teaches participants a practical tool, relevant to that fixture's specific themes, that they can put into practice immediately.

What is mental fitness

We discuss the foundations of what
mental health really is, sharing common beliefs and factual statistics to give us a solid base for the ’season’ ahead.

Stress and coping

The idea of ‘Stress and coping’ is to give an overview of stress. We explore why stress exists and how WE can choose for it to be either a positive or negative experience.

Positive mindset

This fixture will work with participants to help them build their self-confidence, self- belief and self-esteem interchangeably.

Emotions and thinking patterns

The focus of this workshop is to help people understand and better manage their emotions.

Resilience and mindfulness

This session has been designed to give
participants scientifically proven practical skills and tools they can use in their day to day lives to build their own individual resilience.

Positive influences and next steps

This fixture has been developed to help
participants understand the impact of positive influences vs negative on their overall wellbeing.

Businesses can choose from a minimum of 3 fixtures up to all 6 listed above.

Each fixture lasts between 45-60 minutes and is delivered by a former professional sportsperson who draws from their own lived experiences, sometimes heart breaking and sometimes hilarious.
